What to Expect

Day 1 (9 am - 4:00 PM)

Morning Session (ACCME-Eligible): Deep dive into biomarkers and their application for optimal health, foundations of lifestyle medicine for chronic disease management, and the role of CrossFit affiliates in addressing lifestyle diseases
Workout: Team work and team building strategies, Wellness at the Whiteboard, CrossFit as a health intervention for specific populations.
Lunch: Provided with networking opportunity
Afternoon Session: Exploring dysfunctional systems, tools and diagnostics for building a health hub, community-based medicine, health coaching primers

Day 2 (9:00 AM - 12:30 PM)

Applied Workshop: Hands-on practice with assessment tools, program design, and marketing strategies
Integration Planning: Developing your affiliate's roadmap for health integration, access and implementation strategies, and developing a blueprint for client intake and health coach integration
Credentialing Preparation: Review of key concepts for the post-seminar examination
